1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Amplifai Your Business LLC are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services offered, including but not limited to:

Digital courses and educational programs

Digital downloads (templates, worksheets, toolkits, guides, and similar materials)

AI-powered tools, apps, and software access

Membership and community access (Skool communities and any affiliated platforms)

Coaching programs, consulting sessions, and group programs

Workshops, masterclasses, and live training events

Bundles and packaged offers combining any of the above

2. Why We Do Not Issue Refunds on Digital Products

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, the product has been fully delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense, and we have no way to verify whether content has been accessed, copied, or used. For this reason, Amplifai Your Business LLC does not offer refunds on any digital product or digital service.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

3.1 No Refunds for Partial Periods.

If you purchase a monthly or annual membership, no refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your current billing period after cancellation. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.

3.2 Cancellation.

You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation must be completed before your next renewal date. Instructions for cancellation are available within your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

3.3 Free Trials.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial concludes if you do not wish to be billed. Charges incurred after a trial period are non-refundable.

4. Coaching, Consulting, and Live Programs

Payments for coaching packages, consulting engagements, group programs, or live events are non-refundable once the program has commenced or once access to program materials has been provided, whichever occurs first.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or live event, it is your responsibility to notify us in advance. At our sole discretion, we may offer a reschedule. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not constitute a right to a refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate your access to all products and services;

Report the dispute to relevant payment processors; and

Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees through available legal remedies.

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Initiating a chargeback when a valid purchase was made and delivered constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

6. Exceptions at Our Discretion

While our general policy is that all sales are final, we recognize that extraordinary circumstances may occasionally arise. We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
